One of my best friends got married to her girlfriend this month. Her girlfriend’s parents weren’t there because their religion disapproves of her sexuality. I had to make this because it infuriated me how there are absolutely loads of people in the same position - where coming out can actually be dangerous.

I know this is rlly old, but I just have to reblog this. This song got me through thick and thin and I love the meaning behind it. It also helps make me feel better, because I’m deathly afraid of ‘coming out’. Yes, I’m Pansexual and I’m afraid what my family and friends with think of me. I know that’s stupid and they SHOULD love me no matter what, but I’ve heard them talk a little negatively towards transgender and other sensitive issues and I’m just not ready to say anything yet. But hearing this makes me feel a little better for who I am, and I appreciate it.
